As MissRiku already mentioned, me too I like the colors very much.

Also it's interesting how the blue fades into green on the horizon, but also it is a point where you should ask yourself whether you want a surreal attempt or not, because where is the lighter green coming from? Maybe from glowing insects flying over the grass?

Overall you could work on the consistency of your style. I also struggle with this often, but I realise it is very important.

What I mean is that certain elements have this perfect edged style (the eyes and the moon) and other elements are more painted, like the tree and the grass.

Try to have a consistent ductus.

Do you use photoshop? You can download very cool brushes with more natural styles on different sites. There are also tutorials available to install them.
With the brush you worked some details look a bit "made with paint"-like (for the lack of a better term), for example the green leaf on his head, because the round stroke of the brush defines the shape of the leaf and not the other way around.

I see a lot of potential and also it is recognizable you put quite some effort in it.
I very much like the folds of the bag :3
Keep up your motivation! Very cute picture.
