Shadowtails' real father.

Rio isn't someone you can trust when it comes to a scary stuff. He's pretty much a coward.
At 14 his father was killed infront of his own eyes and he got stab on his ribs which became a scar. Ever since than he's been scared of Vector and he is always wearing a sad face.
Vector left Rio alive to use him to get Norlight's magic. Rio didn't want to die so he had no choice but to accept but was threaten that if he ever disobey, he will die, and he'll kill his love ones.
After the accident where Shadowtails was almost killed, he's been cutting alot of sleep. Unable to forget everything that happened in the past, because of that, he doesn't want to force Shadowtails to live with him again. He's scared to get her hurt again.
Shadowtails used to believe that the reason why everything that happened was because she thought Rio was the bad guy in all of this, until she saw a toy she made for him. That's where she wanted to learn if Rio was really a bad guy.
Whenever Rio sees Shadowtails in the park or other places he's always about to cry.
He really loves Shadowtails, but he doesn't know what to do to help..

His best friend Steve, was also part of the reason why Shadowtails' young life was horrible.
Steve was also threatened by Vector. This time, if Steve didn't do what Vector wanted, he'd kill his sister.
In 2003, Vector killed Steve's sister, since than Rio and Steve broke the deal with Vector.
So Vector used his car and set bombs in it. When Rio rushed back home to get Shadowtails out, everything was already too late. Vector killed his own son, Vahn and his wife Vectoria, aswell Diane Derol, Shadowtails' mother.
Every since than Rio and Steve started to become friends, and as for Steve's apologizes, he'd help Shadowtails with objects, such as her Sleeping Wagon and other toys she has.
Rio doesn't have any job, whenever he do have one he gets fired on the first day or week.

Rio has a huge phobia of alot of things, but his biggest phobia is ghosts. He can't stay in the house if there's a ghost. Even if it's Diane.
He can't cook.
He often start crying out of nowhere.
Before Vector, Rio used to act tuff and cool. He was acting like he was a leader of a gang, but he fought for good purposes. Always having a lollypop in his mouth.
Likes: Poutine, Spaghetti, have his hair tied, help others out when they are needed and to gossip.
Dislikes: Vector, his own life, wearing glasses.
